In close collaboration with local teams, we develop solutions for the sustainable improvement of production performance and process efficiency.
Modernisation for the Production of High-Quality Premium Products
Project Description
For Vogtmühlen in Illertissen, we developed the plant concept for the production of high-quality flours and semolina products with very low ash content and optimised product yield.
Core Milling supported the project team from the concept phase through planning to the final acceptance of the plant.
Project Objective
– Production of high-quality premium products
– Improvement of product yield
– Optimisation of process control

Energy Optimisation of Multiple Production Lines
Project Description
For Roland Mills, we optimised multiple production lines at the Recklinghausen site with a focus on pneumatic conveying systems.
Through targeted adjustments to the systems, energy consumption was significantly reduced while simultaneously improving the efficiency of the conveying processes.
Technical Assessment of a Durum Mill in the Context of a Company Acquisition
Project Description
The leading couscous manufacturer Dari expanded its supply chain through the acquisition of a durum mill in Casablanca.
Core Milling supported the client with an independent technical assessment of the existing plant as well as a comprehensive analysis of the plant condition and process structure.
This assessment provided a well-founded basis for the investment decision.

Concept Development for Capacity Expansion
